Yes. Every turbocharger, injector set and DPF leaves with a printed report: measured values against the manufacturer specification, a pass or fail per test point, and the serial numbers of the unit tested.
Yes. We stock and supply new turbochargers, fully reconditioned exchange units rebuilt to OE tolerances, and bespoke hybrid/performance turbos. We also sell individual turbo parts such as actuators, CHRA core assemblies and wheels.
Yes. Post it or book a collection. We strip, inspect, rebuild with new parts where needed, balance the rotating assembly and flow-test it before it goes back.
A hybrid turbo uses uprated compressor and turbine components, often billet wheels and modified housings, to flow more air than the standard unit, increasing power and torque while keeping reliable spool. We build hybrids to a defined stage and to your power target.
Yes. Alongside turbochargers we offer off-car DPF cleaning, diesel and petrol injector testing and regeneration, and high-pressure fuel pump reconditioning, so one workshop covers the whole forced-induction and fuel-delivery system.
